IRUC Refund/Cancellation Policy

Internet Radio Uniform Callsign Administration (IRUC) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a callsign registration at its sole discretion.
If IRUC refuses a new or renewed callsign, registrants will be offered a refund.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

Registration cancellations, including cancellation of DRuID callsign assignment, received within two business days of registration (not including weekends or holidays) may be eligible to receive a full refund.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via fax or e-mail only, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to IRUC.
All refund requests must be made by the principal member or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card or PayPal account used for payment. No cash refunds will be made.
These above policies apply to all IRUC registrations unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.

IRUC Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation by Sponsor

IRUC and/or the National Association of Digital Broadcasters (NAdB) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If IRUC or NAdB cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is five (5) business days before the event.
Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a US$35 service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Goods Refund/Return Policy

All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from IRUC and/or the National Association of Digital Broadcasters require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, Returns must be authorized by IRUC or the NAdB within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any IRUC or NAdB product that is deemed defective.

Products provided/sold by IRUC or NAdB partners, affiliates and/or affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.
